I am new to this forum and just thought I would post pics of my new Altec set up! I posted pics on AK as I am a member there as well, but this is an Altec forum and I figured you guys would appreciate it more! Enjoy

Congratulations!

These are truly nice looking. They are WAF . You have a good amp Crown 300 and Crown preamp.

Trying to duplicate these today with Mcintosh amp and pre amp would cost you over 10K if not more.

WOW...I had know idea they were that good! I must say the sound and build quality is phenomenal! I am going to recap the 848A's this week! I will post results afterwards.
